About

The Journal of Black Behavior Analysis (JOBBA)
is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing behavior-analytic research and practice that centers the lived experiences, cultures, and liberation of Black communities across the diaspora. We publish applied, conceptual, and theoretical work that challenges traditional frameworks and uplifts culturally sustaining, community-rooted, and socially transformative approaches to science.

JOBBA provides a space for scholars, practitioners, and community researchers to explore the intersections of behavior, culture, identity, and justice. The journal is published by The Black Association of Behavior Analysts, a nonprofit committed to elevating all facets of the Black experience through community, education, and the science of behavior analysis.
